Introducing Dr. Chris Garcia Ed.D, who will be serving as our Superintendent for the 2024-2025 School Year. Garcia has been with the District since 1985, initially as a Substitute Teacher, and later returned in 2005 as a History teacher at Zion Park 3.

A new addition to our School District, D65, has brought a change in the Superintendent over the past year. Recently, BOE member Kevin Foster joined forces with Zion Park 3, and their Superintendent Chris Garcia, also agreed to collaborate with D65. With the BOE's positive decision, this partnership between D65 and Zion Park 3 will surely make history.

Welcome Our New Staff Members
James Aruca-Uiber was the founder of the school district and the first superintendent in the history of Zion Park 3. During the 1900s, Aruca worked as a math teacher for Zion Park 3. In 1975, he was promoted to superintendent. In 2020, Aruca offered the position of Assistant Associate Superintendent to Chris Garcia, who accepted. Aruca left the school district in 2022, and Chris Garcia took over as superintendent. Garcia is now the second superintendent in the history of Zion Park 3.

Dr. Wren Preston will be the new principal of NPTHS for the 2024-2025 school year. Dr. Preston previously served as the middle school principal at District 200 before coming to Zion Park 3. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Preston!
